Curriculum Structure and Organisation
The Religious Education Plan at St Augustine's Primary School articulates a Christian view of learning and teaching, and is structured around the Model for Religious Education Brisbane Catholic Education. This is visible in our school program through a School, Grade and Individual Level.

St Augustine's Vision and Mission Statements. Our School Values demonstrate a faith driven learning environment built on Respect, Acceptance, Persistence and Tolerance. We gather each morning as a school community, to pray together our School Prayer and note special intentions within our community. Teachers plan yearly overviews outlining the different areas of the curriculum for each year level - as shown through the St Augustine's Scope and Sequence. We provide access to the School's Religious Calendar. |

Each class composes a Class Covenant which reinforces our School Values within a classroom setting. Classes take turns in leading our daily morning prayer, special assemblies, and community masses. Year Levels 4, 5 & 6 are involved in the Second Rite of Reconciliation twice a year (Terms 1 &4) Reflection on each student as an individual learner with differing needs. |
